Mentoring
What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is a relationship between two people with the goal of professional and/or personal development. The ‘mentor’ is usually an experienced individual who shares knowledge, experience and advice with a less experienced ‘mentee’.
Our mentorship programme is designed to bring young people and our volunteers together, to give them an informal setting to talk with a trusted adult and take part in activities. This can be anything from catching up over a cup of coffee to axe throwing and archery!
How do You sign up?
Joining the mentoring programme is as simple as completing an interest form online. See the button below for details.
**We are currently experiencing issues with our Mentee Referral form. Please register your interest by emailing volunteer.befriender@colchesteryes.org.uk we thank you for your patience**
